OSMOBIL MAX - pure power with 750 liters of pure water per hour for your large-scale projects!
With the new OSMOBIL MAX, we are responding to the ever-increasing demand for mobile RO for large volumes of water. In PV cleaning in particular, there are cleaning projects and cleaning technology that could no longer be adequately supplied with pure water using conventional RO.
Examples include large PV cleaning robots such as the solarROBOT pro (or comparable devices from other manufacturers), but also rotating brushes such as the SOLA-TECS W or the Cleantecs surface remover. The use of cleaning drones is another field in which the OSMOBIL MAX is perfectly suited.
Even those who want to do without a buffer tank when cleaning slats with the GTR from Cleantecs previously had no choice.
This is now changing with the OSMOBIL MAX. We are integrating the popular advantages of the OSMOBIL series (€1 running costs, 100% made in Germany, small and robust) and going 5 steps further:
Water volume - 750 liters of pure water per hour:
The OSMOBIL MAX has a nominal pure water output of 750 liters per hour and only requires a 230 volt connection. One of our aims in developing this osmosis system was to achieve this water output without having to use a high-voltage connection. We have achieved this with the intelligent, speed-controlled pump of the OSMOBIL MAX, which provides additional features.
Intelligent, speed-controlled pump:
Thanks to its permanently speed-controlled high-performance pump, the OSMOBIL MAX has automatic dry-running protection, for example. The device constantly adjusts itself to the amount of water available.
So even if you are on a construction site with poor water pressure, the machine runs smoothly and confidently. Nothing bangs or burbles. The only difference is that less clean water comes out of the machine than with a correspondingly strong water pipe.
If you want to push the machine to its limits, you need a water pipe that delivers at least 1500 liters per hour, ideally at 4-6 bar pressure. This allows you to produce well over 750 liters of pure water per hour. In practical construction site tests, we have achieved up to 900 liters per hour with very good inlet pressure (even in summer with quite warm tap water). As with all smaller OSMOBIL RO, we also use high-pressure technology for the OSMOBIL MAX, thus reducing the effort required for pre- and post-filtration.
The water can be used - even for glass cleaning! - directly after the membrane. Before delivery, all OSMOBILs undergo a hardness test and must achieve a conductivity of less than 10 PPM with input conductivity values of up to 660 PPM (approx. 33°DH).
With the OSMOBIL MAX, this is an outstanding 6 PPM, which corresponds to a so-called salt retention of over 99%. This also guarantees the extremely low running costs of approx. €1 per 1000 liters of pure water.
Saving water with the recycling function:
Another special feature of the machine is the built-in recycling function, which allows you to save water under certain conditions.
When using this function, the appliance feeds part of the waste water with a high mineral content into the supply line, thus reducing the amount of water drawn from the tap.
If the incoming water quality is below 400 PPM (i.e. from the medium-hard range), the OSMOBI MAX display will show you a recycling symbol - this is your signal to switch on the corresponding valve and save water!

The tank filling function should also be mentioned in this context. The OSMBOBIL MAX therefore already includes the complete range of functions of the OSMOBIL BOX control unit, which has been well known for years.

OSMOBIL CLOUD:
Finally, the OSMOBIL MAX is the first participant in our OSMOBIL CLOUD. A web service that makes the machine traceable, documents GPS data, monitors input control values and will combine many other services in the future.
With every OSMOBIL MAX you get a 6-month trial membership in the cloud (first online from December 2024).
Other advantages of the OSMOBIL MAX:
Of course, the OSMOBIL MAX also has the well-known "X-Flow system" on board, which also actively helps to save water and also guarantees automatic regulation of the system's output water flow. The water volume can be easily regulated down to "zero" by the user (telescopic rod with valve, high-pressure cleaner, etc.), which was previously only possible with membrane systems using complex control technology. We solve this mechanically without complex and maintenance-prone pressure sensors, solenoid valves and the like. The system also automatically regulates the optimum amount of water until "complete closure", which the user can adjust as required using hose and nozzle sizes. In this way, the OSMOBIL MAX saves up to 25% tap water.
The connection for a second and third person or a second and third telescopic pole is already built into the OSMOBIL MAX.
This is also an indication of the system's high water output, which is available when required and has a nominal output of 750 liters of clean water per hour.
We have taken the wish of many customers to carry cables, hoses, accessories, couplings etc. with them particularly seriously and supply a robust truck bag with the MAX, which can even be attached to the device. However, a TDS meter no longer needs to be stowed here! The MAX has a built-in TDS meter, which measures both urban and pure water quality on two channels and is permanently shown on the large display. Information about the recycling mode and the tank sensor is also shown on the display.
Thanks to the new option of making the appliance airtight with a "click" by plugging the waste water hose directly into the water inlet, the service life of the appliance in winter (or without operation) could be increased to up to 12 weeks. Only then does the appliance need to be rinsed once! This is another major advantage of the OSMOBIL MAX.
The OSMOBIL MAX has also been designed with ergonomics in mind. An optional roller set for the handle is available as an accessory.

The OSMOBIL MAX comes with the title 'made in Germany' and is also the most powerful and economical reverse osmosis system for the cleaning industry on the market with 750 liters of pure water per hour.
