OSMOBIL PRO X - The new system is the result of almost 15 years of experience and development, which we have gained with the OSMOBIL CLASSIC and the OSMOBIL PRO. With our new flagship, we are continuing to pursue our basic idea of building a simple, robust and mobile reverse osmosis system that is perfect for cleaning work and for professional glass and building cleaners. We still deliberately avoid additional water softening and complex post-filtration and aim for high water performance and simple handling - with minimal running costs. The OSMOBIL PRO X achieves this thanks to a perfectly coordinated system, which is still based on so-called high-pressure membranes.
This guarantees high water volumes per hour with perfect water quality, without the need for costly pre- and post-treatment of the water.

We have tried to further develop the industry standard in a sensible and pragmatic way and believe that we have succeeded.

In addition to small ergonomic and qualitative changes, the new "X-Flow system" is particularly worth mentioning, which actively helps to save water and also guarantees automatic regulation of the system's output water flow. The water volume can be easily regulated down to "zero" by the user (telescopic rod with valve, high-pressure cleaner, etc.), which was previously only possible with membrane systems using complex control technology. We solve this mechanically without complex and maintenance-prone pressure sensors, solenoid valves and the like. The system also automatically regulates the optimum amount of water until "complete closure", which the user can adjust as required using hose and nozzle sizes. In this way, the OSMOBIL PRO X saves up to 25% tap water. But don't worry: like its predecessors, the system still supplies an extremely large amount of water, especially for classic tasks such as glass, solar and façade cleaning, and allows you to work comfortably. However, we offer the option of saving water here - a task that we will all be facing more and more in the coming years.

The OSMOBIL PRO X already has a built-in connection for a second person or a second telescopic pole. Another indication of the system's high water output, which is available when required and, as with its predecessor, is up to 410 liters of permeate (clean water) per hour.

We have taken the desire of many customers to carry cables, hoses, accessories, couplings etc. very seriously and supply a robust truck bag with the PRO X, which can even be attached to the device. However, a TDS measuring device no longer needs to be stowed here! The PRO X has a built-in TDS meter, which measures both urban and pure water quality on two channels and is permanently shown on the large display.
Thanks to the new option of making the device airtight with a "click" by plugging the waste water hose directly into the water inlet, the service life of the device in winter (or without operation) could be increased to up to 12 weeks. Only then does the appliance need to be rinsed once! This is another major advantage of the OSMOBIL PRO X.
The OSMOBIL PRO X has also been designed with ergonomics in mind. An optional castor set for the handle is available as an accessory.

The OSMOBIL PRO X bears the title 'made in Germany' and is also the most powerful and economical reverse osmosis system for the cleaning industry on the market with up to 410 liters of pure water per hour. All in all, the OSMOBIL PRO X - despite its low purchase price - is the economical alternative for producing pure H20 for osmosis cleaning, with running costs of less than €1 per cubic meter of pure H2O. However, the textile pre-filter must be changed regularly (depending on the water quality). This is available in our store at a price of €15 and is already included in the running costs of €1 per 1,000 liters of pure H20. The OSMOBIL PRO X combines the unique performance of two high-pressure reverse osmosis membranes with a powerful pump, a robust stainless steel chassis and very simple and clear operation and saves up to 25% water in the latest version. The OSMOBIL PRO X was developed in close cooperation with glass and solar cleaners in the field and is perfectly designed for tough, professional use. Numerous sources of error found in other systems have been effectively avoided and the handling and range of functions have been further improved. Additional water softening or subsequent filtration using a di-filter is generally not necessary with this glass cleaning system.
