Lichen remover for PV systems from Cleantecs

Description

Cleantecs lichen remover for PV systems has 5 rotating jet nozzles and thanks to the needle-fine, cutting high-pressure jet, lichen can be reliably detached and removed from the PV module.Using pure water and a suitable high-pressure cleaner with a maximum working pressure of 120 bar, cleaning is both gentle and quality-assured. Although we believe that this is the best option for removing lichens, it should be noted that the best time of year to clean lichen-infested solar installations is when it is cool and wet. The adhesion of lichens in cool and wet weather conditions is significantly lower than, for example, in mid-September at the end of the rather dry and warm season.
The Cleantecs lichen remover can be flexibly controlled in terms of cleaning distance and direction of travel and, thanks to the mechanical height control, the distance between the nozzles and the PV module always remains the same. The component is compatible with the SOLA-LITE VCMO 1.8 modular pole set from Cleantecs and the SD or HD extensions from Gardiner (no. 10). It also fits the "SUPER MAX 10-12" extension set (item number (256) We recommend working up to a maximum distance of 13 meters (8 pole modules). As 600 liters of water per hour are required for the lichen remover, the work can be carried out in cool, damp conditions (which we recommend) and soft tap water (below 10° DH) without filtration, as long as subsequent cleaning with washing brushes and clean water (0° DH) is carried out promptly.
Drying of the cleaning solution should be avoided. Alternatively, the lichen remover can be operated well with the OSMOBIL MAX 750 liter osmosis system for PV SOLAR GLASS and facade.
