hyCLEANER solarROBOT compact - Innovative solar cleaning robot with 1,150 mm brush width - marks a new era in the cleaning of PV and solar systems. Developed in collaboration with hyCLEANER, this state-of-the-art cleaning robot has been specially designed for flexible and safe use on roofs - without the need for a crane or cherry picker. The solarROBOT compact with the 1.150 brush system is particularly suitable for elevated flat roof systems.
Thanks to its modular design, the device can be dismantled into six lightweight components, of which only the brushes weigh more than 10 kg. This enables effortless transportation via a ladder, often eliminating the need for time-consuming and costly crane operations. Of course, the solarROBOT compact can still be moved by crane if required, but this option is not mandatory. In addition to its exceptional mobility, the device also impresses with its attractive price-performance ratio. With a net price of less than €22,000, it offers companies the opportunity to get into automated solar cleaning - even if they are not primarily specialized in cleaning PV systems. The solarROBOT compact benefits from the many years of expertise of hyCLEANER, a leading manufacturer of rotating and mobile brush and washing systems.
Manufactured in Gronau, Westphalia, the solarROBOT compact relies on the highest quality workmanship "Made in Germany". The device is based on a stable chassis with a replaceable battery and is powered by two powerful drive units. These rely on the proven hyCLEANER technology with special leather straps that ensure optimum grip when wet. This allows the device to tackle inclines of up to 20° without any problems. To ensure maximum safety, it is recommended that the installation surface is cleaned manually before use.
The solarROBOT compact is also designed to drive over gaps of up to 20 cm in width between two modules (at a maximum inclination of 20°). Two high-quality 1,150 mm roller brushes clean the modules twice in one operation. Thanks to the simple plug-in system, the brushes can be assembled quickly, with each one weighing less than 10 kg. A removable splash guard protects areas that have already been cleaned from dirty water. With an optimum travel speed of approx. 1 km/h, the solarROBOT compact achieves a cleaning performance of up to 1100 m² per hour. It is controlled via a professional remote control with radio system, which allows the direction of travel, brush speed and speed to be precisely adjusted. For added convenience, the appliance is available with optional edge detection with auto-stop. This function automatically detects edges and stops the robot automatically to prevent it from crashing. Obstacles such as maintenance walkways can be overridden if necessary. The supplied battery supplies the robot with power for approx. 1.5 to 2 hours. With a second battery, continuous operation is possible for the entire working day - one battery can be charged in the practical transport charging station. This also has a USB port for charging smartphones and an emergency radio.
For optimum cleaning, an osmosis system with a pure water output of at least 550 l/h is recommended. The OSMOBIL MAX, which is perfectly matched to the solarROBOT compact with wide brushes, is ideally suited.
