OSMOBIL TRAILER trailer system for osmosis cleaning incl. high-pressure upgrade: our result of over 10 years of experience in the sale and development of RO for glass, façade and solar cleaning.
The trailer is suitable for customers who want to be efficient and flexible in the field of osmosis cleaning. At the same time, the trailer does not permanently tie up the capacity of a complete vehicle and enables intelligent functions and the flexible use of the osmosis unit to serve several construction sites at the same time.

The system is based on a high-quality, overrun-braked, single-axle trailer from Humbaur with a gross vehicle weight of 1,500 kg. The best available components were installed and connected to ensure the most flexible use possible and a long service life for the entire system.

The setup relies on the tried-and-tested OSMOBIL ONE for water production. This can be removed from the trailer via an integrated and easily accessible heavy-duty pull-out, allowing several construction sites to be approached at the same time - the osmosis unit can be removed at any time and independently provide water for one person in the glass cleaning area.

The OSMOBIL BOX, which is permanently mounted in the trailer, controls and fills the integrated and modified OSMOWORKS tank. This allows you to conveniently fill the tank with clean water during rest periods or overnight. Filling is controlled automatically by the OSMOBIL BOX. The integrated, separate and remote-controlled pumps, in conjunction with the two 100-metre hose reels, allow two employees to work over a large area with a range of up to 200 meters.

The high-pressure upgrade consists of a Kränzle high-pressure unit and a high-pressure hose reel with 20 meters of high-pressure hose. This means you are perfectly equipped for high-pressure applications and for working with rotating washing brushes or the Lamella cleaner LR-180-GTR. In addition, you can completely remove the high-pressure upgrade unit from the OSMOBIL TRAILER to easily access the tank's pump control unit.

We have tried to think of everything when developing the OSMOBIL TRAILER! The best example: The hoses can be led out of the trailer via an opening flap in the floor and a well-designed guide roller. The trailer doors can remain closed. This means you can work at a great distance without worrying about anything being stolen from the trailer. The integrated pole rack under the roof of the trailer (holds up to 4 poles) and various storage compartments for brushes and small parts complete the picture. The additional built-in electric frost monitor protects the water-bearing parts from damage at temperatures below freezing.
