Description

OSMOBIL TRAILER V3 trailer system for PV and glass cleaning is the logical addition to our range and will be available to order from us alongside the V2 in the future.

The trailer presented in 2025 is aimed at customers who want to be efficient and flexible in the field of osmosis cleaning and want to achieve maximum efficiency in both PV cleaning and glass cleaning. At the same time, the trailer does not permanently tie up the capacity of a complete vehicle and enables intelligent functions and maximum flexibility in the use of the osmosis unit to serve several construction sites at the same time.

The new system is based on a slightly differently designed, high-quality trailer from Humbaur with a gross vehicle weight of 1,500 kg, which can now be opened over the entire side (unlike the V2). The trailer is designed for a standardized ball head coupling (ISO 50 mm), the suspension height of which must always be between 35 and 42 cm.

The setup now relies on the tried-and-tested OSMOBIL MAX with a nominal permeate output of 750 liters per hour (over 1,000 liters per hour are possible at peak times) for pure water production.
This means that applications such as PV cleaning (large robots or SOLA-TECS W PRO), which require 600 liters of pure water, can always be carried out without interruption and throughout the day (if water is produced in parallel). The OSMOBIL MAX can be removed from the trailer via the tailgate. This means that several construction sites can be approached at the same time - the osmosis unit can be removed at any time and independently provide water for one person in the glass cleaning area.

The control unit integrated in the OSMOBIL MAX fills either one or both of the integrated 270 liter tanks.
One tank can be disconnected to start water production if required. This saves fuel and makes driving easier if, for example, only a small project needs to be cleaned the following day.

The tank can be conveniently filled with clean water during rest periods or overnight - everything is regulated automatically. The integrated, separate and remote-controlled pumps, in conjunction with the two 100-meter hose reels, allow two employees to work over a large area with a range of up to 200 meters.
The stainless steel reels from our partner Purewash are now even electric, saving even more time and energy when the job is done!

Unlike the V2, the V3 now has an integrated 50-meter high-pressure drum, which has also been supplemented with a radio control system that enables remote control of the high-pressure pump during solar cleaning with the SOLA-TECS C from a distance of 150 meters.
The V3 trailer also has a parking space for the OSMOBIL HOTBOX. This can be ordered directly as an option or added later. With full tanks, there is still a payload for poles and co.

We have tried to think of everything during development!
The best example: the hoses can be fed out of the trailer through an opening flap in the side wall. The trailer doors can remain closed. This means that work can be carried out safely at a great distance and out of sight without anything being stolen from the trailer.
The integrated pole rack under the roof of the trailer (holds up to 2 poles) and various storage compartments for brushes and small parts complete the picture. We have even thought of an electric frost monitor - this protects the water-bearing parts from damage at temperatures below freezing.
