solarROBOT pro solar cleaning robot 1,300 mm is the flagship of hyCLEANER's automated solar cleaning technology and sets new standards in terms of efficiency and cleaning performance. Developed and manufactured in Gronau, Westphalia, this device stands for uncompromising professional quality "Made in Germany". With its 1,300 mm brush system, the solarROBOT pro increases surface performance by an impressive 20 % in just one cleaning cycle.

The solarROBOT pro was developed on the basis of 13 years of experience in the automated cleaning of façades, glass roofs and PV systems. The device combines proven technology with innovative functions and impresses with maximum efficiency. Similar to its more compact brother, the solarROBOT compact, the pro can be effortlessly dismantled and, if required, placed as a whole on the cleaning surface using a crane point.

The robust chassis with replaceable battery is driven by two powerful traction drives. For optimum grip on the modules, hyCLEANER uses leather straps, which ensure secure adhesion up to an incline of 25° when pre-watered. Alternatively, neoprene belts (for dry cleaning) and rubber belts (ideal for fattening houses and high ammonia loads) are available. For work safety, it is advisable to pre-clean the installation surface manually. For outdoor systems, the optional side guide allows the solarROBOT pro to be used even on modules with an inclination of up to 45° - further proof of the versatility of this high-performance robot.

Two 1,300 mm wide roller brushes ensure double cleaning in just one pass. Thanks to an integrated splash guard, the surrounding area is protected from splashing water. With an optimum travel speed of approx. 1 km/h, the basic version of the solarROBOT pro achieves an area performance of up to 1,100 m² per hour. For special applications, the brushes can be staggered, increasing the working width to 2,400 mm and the cleaning performance to up to 2,400 m² per hour. In this mode, however, double cleaning is no longer ensured across the entire width - but this is not a problem with regular maintenance and light soiling.

Operation is via a high-quality radio remote control, as known from crane control. This makes it easy to set parameters such as direction of travel, brush speed and travel speed. The solarROBOT pro is equipped with the "Edge detection incl. Auto-Drive" comfort package as standard. This intelligent function ensures that the robot stops automatically as soon as it reaches an edge - even if the operator continues to operate the joystick. The solarROBOT pro also features the innovative auto-drive mode, which can be compared to cruise control. The device moves automatically and constantly over the solar panels until a falling edge is detected - without manual control by the operator.

The scope of delivery includes two powerful rechargeable batteries that supply the robot with energy for approx. 1.5-2 hours. Two additional batteries can be used for all-day operation. The supplied charging station in the practical carrying case allows convenient recharging - including USB interface for mobile devices and emergency radio.

For optimum cleaning, the solarROBOT pro requires at least 400 liters of clean water per hour. Depending on the application, the water supply can be increased to 600 liters per hour. We therefore recommend the OSMOBIL MAX 750 liter osmosis system for PV SOLAR GLASS and facade in order to be able to react flexibly to different water supply situations.
