The OSMOBIL PRO is the logical further development of the OSMOBIL CLASSIC, which was built from 2010 to 2017.
Despite its compact dimensions and low weight, it is a fully-fledged professional water unit which, with up to 410 liters of clean water per hour, has enough power to supply two employees with telescopic poles or washing brushes with sufficient water for glass cleaning or façade cleaning. You can also use this amount of pure water to supply rotating systems such as the SOLA-TECS directly with pure water without a large buffer tank. You can also easily supply even the longest telescopic pole with pure water using the OSMOBIL PRO (by the way, the longest pole currently available with a range of 25 meters - GARDINER XTREME 47 23.67 meter HM carbon professional telescopic pole - is available here).

The OSMOBIL PRO bears the title "made in Germany" and is also the most efficient and economical reverse osmosis system for glass, solar, façade and PV cleaning on the market.
Without constant filter changes and with wear-free high-performance membranes, the system can produce many millions of liters of pure H20 for PV cleaning, glass and façade cleaning or solar cleaning. Based on the principle of reverse osmosis, the city water fed into the system is separated under high pressure into a mineral-free and a mineral-containing part. The mineral-free part has a water hardness of almost zero degrees German hardness and is ideal for cleaning windows, façades and PV systems - and all without the use of cleaning chemicals. Combined with high-quality carbon poles and washing brushes - e.g. from the manufacturer GARDINER - this is the perfect set-up for professional building cleaning.

We are particularly proud of the extremely simple operation of the system. Without complex and error-prone electronics, you can produce pure water with this device after a short period of familiarization. Although it does without various expensive and often fault-prone components, the system has an automatic "ratio". This means that you can switch the appliance from rinse mode to production mode with a single control lever, which has just 2 positions. The OSMOBIL PRO automatically adjusts the "ratio" (the ratio between waste water containing minerals and the mineral-free pure water).
This function in particular is a huge source of error in many other systems on the market and can even damage the membranes.

All in all, the OSMOBIL PRO is the cheapest alternative for producing pure H20 for osmosis purification, with running costs of less than €1 per cubic meter of pure H2O and a particularly low purchase price.
However, the textile pre-filter must be changed regularly (depending on the water quality). This is available in our store at a price of €15 and is already included in the running costs of €1 per 1,000 liters of pure H20.

The OSMOBIL PRO combines the unique performance of two reverse osmosis membranes with a powerful pump, a robust stainless steel chassis and very simple and clear operation.

The OSMOBIL PRO was developed in close cooperation with glass and solar cleaners in the field and is uncompromisingly designed for tough, professional use. Numerous sources of error found in other systems have been effectively avoided. For example, the appliance now even has an "automatic valve", which means that you only have to make one setting to produce pure, demineralized water: you have to choose between "rinse" and "production" mode. All you have to do is move a lever and osmosis cleaning can begin.

Additional water softening or subsequent filtration using a di-filter is generally not necessary with this glass cleaning system. The simple and robust design guarantees a long service life, even under tough working conditions in the field of PV cleaning, glass cleaning or solar cleaning. In addition, it is the only system on the market with a residual current circuit breaker, non-return valves (to prevent the incorrect introduction of water) and overpressure protection for your safety.
