With the professional vehicle installation set for osmosis cleaning, you can equip your vehicle with a powerful, self-sufficient system for producing pure water that meets your requirements. The set can be put together individually and is therefore ideal for professional users who have the highest demands on mobility and efficiency.

Combined with tensioning straps and anti-slip mats, the set can be integrated into your vehicle with little effort and removed again without a trace. This is particularly exciting if the technology is to be integrated into leased vehicles or vehicles that are also used for other purposes (e.g. winter service). However, fixing materials and the like are also included for permanent installation. Installation is usually straightforward as long as you have a "medium" level of manual skill. As a rule, only a few hose lines and couplings are required (we will be happy to advise you on this!).

The heart of the equipment is the OSMOBIL, optionally available as OSMOBIL ONE X, OSMOBIL PRO X or OSMOBIL MAX. You can choose the right model for your daily work depending on the amount of cleaning and water required. The system is complemented by the OSMOBIL BOX, which automatically regulates the tank filling and thus ensures a smooth process. The required clean water tank is also part of the set and comes from the tried-and-tested PUREWASH series. You can choose between a 510 liter, 710 liter or 810 liter tank - depending on the space available and the required capacity. All tank systems are designed for 2 users, with radio remote control and for fixed installation and come with a suitable floor attachment for your vehicle. The OSMOBIL HOTBOX can also be selected. The mobile and compact pure water heater produces hot water directly at the place of use.

The system is fully mobile, flexible to use and ready for operation in no time at all. It significantly reduces set-up times and allows you to work faster and more efficiently - which means more orders in less time and therefore increased efficiency. Each customer puts together their own individual set - precisely tailored to their requirements and their own vehicle.

Please note: The technology is installed by the customer. Depending on the installation situation, additional parts such as hoses, fittings or fastening material may be required. You can find these in our range of accessories or in well-stocked DIY stores. We will of course be happy to advise you on all questions relating to selection, configuration and installation. To ensure that the battery is permanently charged, we recommend having the battery connected to the on-board electrical system via a so-called cut-off relay by a specialist automotive company.
