The OSMOBIL ONE X represents the entry into the professional production of pure water for various cleaning applications and is now even closer to its "big brother" (the OSMOBIL PRO X).
It can only be classified below its two big brothers in terms of water output. The quality, basic technical principle and low running costs are just as uncompromisingly designed for tough continuous use as the larger appliances!
During the development of this powerful unit, not only the X-Flow technology was adopted from the OSMOBIL PRO X. The motor and pump also come 1:1 "from its big brother".

The OSMOBIL ONE X is designed to supply one employee with a telescopic pole system. The OSMOBIL ONE X has the same modern, high-performance diaphragm as the OSMOBIL PRO X and OSMBIL MAX.
The other equipment features, such as particularly easy operation, a pressure relief valve, the X-Flow system and the automatic "Ratio", are also taken from the OSMOBIL PRO X system.

In addition to small ergonomic and qualitative changes, the new "X-Flow system", which is now also included in the OSMOBIL ONE X and which actively helps to save water and also guarantees automatic regulation of the system's output water flow, is particularly worth mentioning.
The water volume can be easily regulated down to "zero" by the user (telescopic rod with valve, high-pressure cleaner, etc.), which was previously only possible with membrane systems using complex control technology.
We solve this mechanically without complex and maintenance-prone pressure sensors, solenoid valves and the like.
The system also automatically regulates the optimum amount of water up to "complete closure", which the user can adjust as required via hose and nozzle sizes. In this way, the OSMOBIL ONE X saves up to 25% tap water.

The OSMOBIL ONE X naturally also bears the title "made in Germany" and delivers many millions of liters of pure H20 for PV cleaning, glass and façade cleaning or solar cleaning without constant filter changes and with a wear-free high-performance membrane. Based on the principle of reverse osmosis, the city water fed into the system is split into a mineral-free and a mineral-containing part under high pressure.
The mineral-free part has a water hardness of almost zero degrees German hardness (0-8 PPM) and is ideal for cleaning windows, façades and PV systems - and all without the use of cleaning chemicals. In combination with high-quality carbon pole systems and washing brushes - e.g. from the manufacturer GARDINER - the optimum set-up is available for professional building cleaning.
Thanks to the 20% increase in clean water output of up to 240 liters per hour, the appliance can also be combined well with electric rotating brushes (e.g. the Rotaqleen Classic in 40 or 60 working width).

All in all, the OSMOBIL ONE X is the cheapest alternative for producing pure H20 for osmosis purification, with running costs of less than €1 per cubic meter of pure H2O, in addition to a particularly low purchase price. However, the activated carbon pre-filter must be changed regularly (depending on the water quality).
This lasts for approx. 25,000 liters or 3 months. This is available from us in the store at a price of €15 and is already included in the running costs of €1 per 1,000 liters of pure H20.

The OSMOBIL ONE X, like all "OSMOBIL" brand products, was developed in very close cooperation with glass and solar cleaners from the field and is uncompromisingly designed for tough, professional use.
Numerous sources of error found in other systems have been effectively avoided. For example, the appliance now even has an "automatic valve", which means you only have to make one setting to produce pure, demineralized water:
You have to choose between "rinse" and "production" mode. All you have to do is turn a lever and osmosis purification can begin.

We are particularly proud of the extremely simple operation of the system, which it has "copied" from the OSMOBIL PRO X. Without complex and error-prone electronics, you can produce pure water with this device after a short period of familiarization.
Although it does without various expensive and often fault-prone components, the system has an automatic "ratio". This means that you can switch the appliance from rinse mode to production mode with a single control lever, which only has 2 positions. The OSMOBIL ONE automatically adjusts the "ratio" (the ratio between waste water containing minerals and the mineral-free pure water).
This function in particular is a major source of error in many other systems on the market and can even damage the membranes.

Additional water softening or subsequent filtration using a di-filter is not necessary with this glass cleaning system.
The simple and robust design and the use of high-pressure membranes guarantee a long service life, even under tough working conditions in the field of PV cleaning, glass cleaning or solar cleaning.
