The OSMOBIL ONE represents the entry into the professional production of pure water for various cleaning applications.
The main difference to its big brother - the OSMOBIL PRO - lies primarily in the amount of water that the device can supply per hour. Here, the OSMOBIL ONE is designed to supply one employee with a telescopic pole system. However, the OSMOBIL ONE still has the same modern, high-performance membrane as the OSMOBIL PRO.
The other equipment features, such as the particularly simple operation, a pressure relief valve and the automatic "ratio", are also inherited from the OSMOBIL PRO.

The OSMOBIL ONE naturally also bears the title "made in Germany" and delivers many millions of liters of pure H20 for PV cleaning, glass and façade cleaning or solar cleaning without constant filter changes and with a wear-free high-performance membrane. Based on the principle of reverse osmosis, the city water fed into the system is separated under high pressure into a mineral-free and a mineral-containing part. The mineral-free part has a water hardness of almost zero degrees German hardness and is ideal for cleaning windows, façades and PV systems - and all without the use of cleaning chemicals. In combination with high-quality carbon poles and washing brushes - e.g. from the manufacturer GARDINER - the optimum set-up is available for professional building cleaning.

All in all, the OSMOBIL ONE - in addition to a particularly low purchase price - is the cheapest alternative for producing pure H20 for osmosis cleaning, with running costs of less than €1 per cubic meter of pure H2O. However, the textile pre-filter must be changed regularly (depending on the water quality). This is available in our store at a price of €15 and is already included in the running costs of €1 per 1,000 liters of pure H20.

The OSMOBIL ONE, like all OSMOBIL brand products, was developed in very close cooperation with glass and solar cleaners in the field and is uncompromisingly designed for tough, professional use. Numerous sources of error found in other systems have been effectively avoided. For example, the appliance now even has an "automatic valve", which means you only have to make one setting to produce pure, demineralized water: you have to choose between "rinse" and "production" mode. All you have to do is turn a lever and osmosis purification can begin.

We are particularly proud of the extremely simple operation of the system, which it has "copied" from the OSMOBIL PRO. Without complex and error-prone electronics, you can produce pure water with this device after a short period of familiarization. Although it does without various expensive and often fault-prone components, the system has an automatic "ratio". This means that you can switch the appliance from rinse mode to production mode with a single control lever, which has just 2 positions. The OSMOBIL ONE automatically adjusts the "ratio" (the ratio between waste water containing minerals and the mineral-free pure water).
This function in particular is an immense source of error with many other systems on the market, which can even damage the membranes (e.g. with the Quattro Trolley from Ionic).

Additional water softening or subsequent filtration using a di-filter is generally not necessary with this glass cleaning system. The simple and robust design guarantees a long service life, even under tough working conditions in the field of PV cleaning, glass cleaning or solar cleaning. In addition, it is the only system on the market with a residual current circuit breaker, non-return valves (to prevent the incorrect introduction of water) and overpressure protection for your safety.
