Description

OSMOBIL BOX control system for filling tank systems: The new OSMOBIL BOX makes your water unit "intelligent".

Simply use the OSMOBIL BOX as a supplement to your new or existing water system and fill storage tanks or tank systems in vehicles with clean water fully automatically in future.

When carrying out glass cleaning tours or cleaning objects without water and electricity connections (e.g. bus stops), it can be useful to take an appropriate amount of pure water with you to the site.

If you want to pre-produce large quantities of pure water at a central point of contact (e.g. in your company's warehouse), the OSMOBIL BOX in conjunction with a reverse osmosis system (or another water system) is the right solution for you.
The BOX supplements your existing water system with an intelligent automatic switch-on and switch-off system and, if required, combines this with a level sensor and a permanently installed conductivity meter.
This makes it easy to fill various tank systems and storage containers with pure water - the BOX switches the water unit on and off again at the right moment.
The automatic filling function in particular was previously reserved for large and expensive stationary systems used in industrial water treatment. Of course, these were also not mobile or portable.
The OSMOBIL BOX manages this balancing act and makes your existing water system even more versatile.

Technical details and function of the OSMOBIL BOX:
The newly developed OSMOBIL BOX gives you the option of using any pure water system (whether mixed bed resin, OSMOBIL or RO from other manufacturers) for the automatic filling of tank systems and storage containers. The OSMOBIL BOX is simply plugged between the mains water pipe and the water unit. If you are using a power-operated water system (e.g. an OSMOBIL PRO), also connect the power cable to the socket on the BOX. Now attach the "tank sensor" to the desired tank solution and also connect it to the OSMOBIL BOX.
From this moment on, your water system produces pure water up to the desired fill level and automatically switches off the supply as soon as this is reached. If water is taken from the previously filled tank after the system has been switched off (e.g. to fill a vehicle with a tank system or for specific cleaning work), the BOX recognizes this and immediately gives the "command" to the water unit to start producing pure water again.
To also monitor the conductivity (degree of purity) of the pure water produced, simply connect the pure water outlet (permeate outlet) of your osmosis system or mixed bed resin system to the OSMOBIL BOX.
