Osmosis cleaning - a keyword that generally refers to water systems for the production of pure water for cleaning work.
Mobile RO, mixed bed resins or trailer systems and fixed installations help building cleaners to provide the right amount of pure water as economically as possible in order to be able to carry out cleaning work,BREAKIn this category you will find mobile water systems for the production of pure water for various cleaning tasks. Our range includes tried and tested water units that take into account both the principle of the ion exchanger (mixed bed resin) and the principle of reverse osmosis.
OSMOBIL and Lewi are the two leading suppliers in this segment, which is why we offer products from both manufacturers so that our customers can produce sufficient quantities of demineralized water for cleaning work and manufacture it economically. Of course, we also offer individually manufactured special solutions for the production of demineralized water with a conductivity of 0 degrees German hardness.
Mixed bed resin or osmosis? We are also happy to clarify this question in a personal consultation. Here we clarify which cleaning work you want to carry out, how many square meters are required per month and whether you primarily want to clean glass and façade surfaces or whether solar and PV systems also need to be washed down. This will determine whether you should use a mixed-bed resin system or whether an osmosis system makes sense.
Basically, the more pure water you need, the quicker a system that produces pure water on the basis of reverse osmosis will pay for itself. The purchase costs are somewhat higher here. At the same time, there are virtually no running costs.
The water hardness in your region of use also plays a certain role in selecting the right water filter for your cleaning projects.
