Description
SMB Solar Multiboard 1080 mm as a mobile and lightweight work platform for safe working on PV systems and for protecting PV modules. The lightweight (6 kg) Multiboard made of aluminum protects the worker from accidents, as it is non-slip thanks to the special surface structure and the worker has a secure footing.It also protects the PV modules, which according to the manufacturer must not be walked on, from damage during installation, maintenance or cleaning, for example. The SMB Solar Multiboard 1080 mm distributes the weight of the worker on the solar module. This prevents point loads and possible micro-cracks in solar cells, which can lead to damage or loss of performance of the PV system. The SMB Solar Multiboard 1080 mm is fixed to the PV module by placing it on the PV module and sliding the strap between two modules.The SMB Solar Multiboard 1080 mm is UV and water resistant. The working platform can bear loads of up to 150 kg and can be used on roof pitches of up to 40°. It has been tested and approved in accordance with DIN 51 130 R13 V10. The Solar Multiboard reduces working time, as it can be used to work more flexibly and quickly. This results in a reduction in costs due to less manpower and a shorter installation time.
