Osmosis cleaning and the use of pure water have established themselves in the building cleaning market and have become indispensable.
More and more applications for pure water are also being found in the areas of mobile vehicle cleaning, filling heating systems, solar cleaning, cleaning advertising systems and bus shelters, battery filling, etc. In some cases, this results in the need to fill several vehicles or the tank systems installed in them quickly and easily with pure water in order to be able to drive to various construction sites with short set-up times on site.
For this reason, we also offer the design and implementation of your personal "pure water filling station".
After various projects of this type for municipalities and industry and over 10 years of experience in the production of RO for the building cleaning market, our team has the appropriate know-how and technology to be able to implement almost any request.
The osmosis filling station is generally based on a professional and stationary osmosis system that is tailored precisely to your needs.
In contrast to mobile devices, a better water yield and various other technical advantages can be used here to facilitate the use and production of pure water. The system can be designed according to your requirements. If the water supply on site is sufficient, up to 3100 liters of pure water per hour can theoretically be produced. In addition, the systems have, for example, an automatic permeate discharge, a remote maintenance option and can be implemented on the basis of either a 230 volt or 380 volt power connection.
Coupled with an individual solution for your storage tank, we create a situation in which you can permanently store a predefined quantity of pure water at your company location. From this storage tank, filling systems installed in your company vehicles can then be filled at one or more filling stations. Thanks to powerful pumps and technology familiar from classic car filling stations, this is also very time-saving and fast - even when large quantities of water are involved.
If the system detects that water is being taken from the storage tank to fill vehicles, the replenishment of pure water begins automatically. As there are usually no limits to the size of the storage tanks, all "quantity per hour" requirements can usually be individually implemented according to customer wishes, even with "weak water pipes".
With automatic nozzles, which are familiar from classic filling stations, all tanks can be filled conveniently without overflowing and without the permanent presence of an employee. On request, we can also integrate high-pressure cleaners, chemical injectors, timers, etc. into the "pure water filling station" project.

In some cases, this may even require an on-site visit or a more detailed discussion. If you subsequently accept our offer, your system will be produced and installed on site. If you wish, we can also subsequently take over the associated service.
