Osmosis filling station for stationary production 600 liters per hour is primarily used to quickly fill tank systems in vehicles or to always have plenty of pure water ready in a large storage tank (or IBC) and to "pre-produce" it at the company location. From the storage tank, various small tank systems in the vehicles can then be conveniently and quickly filled in the morning with pure water for the daily cleaning projects. In this way, immense advantages can be achieved in terms of set-up time, particularly in the touring business (conservatories, bus stops, stairwell windows, shop windows, etc.), and working time can be saved.

The installation and commissioning of the osmosis filling station is uncomplicated and can be carried out with the help of a local plumber if required. However, we are also happy to advise you on this by telephone (30 minutes consultation per machine included). Thanks to the supplied float switch, even large tank systems can be easily filled overnight, so that the next day 2, 3 or more smaller tank systems in vehicles (e.g. from PUREWASH) can be filled within minutes. The machine detects the fill level during water production and switches off automatically when the connected tank (not included!) is full. The machine can also be programmed to automatically start producing clean water again when the fill level in the connected storage tank drops.

Waste water recovery allows up to 75% of the waste water to be recycled back into the water supply, so that the amount of actual waste water can be reduced. In addition to the general ecological (and economic) advantages offered by osmosis purification, this is another argument in favor of this system.
