Description

The LT9 refrigeration dryer can be used for compressed air treatment in the sandblasting sector with IBIX system blasting units. It separates the moisture released by the compressor. The air sucked in by a compressor is a gas mixture which usually also contains water vapor. Depending on the temperature, the water absorption capacity of the air varies - if the air temperature rises, the ability to absorb water vapor also increases. For this reason, the water must be removed from the compressed air.
To ensure a smooth workflow, an LT refrigeration dryer should be installed upstream. This is installed between the compressor and the sandblasting unit in a simple compressed air station with a compressor in order to dry the compressed air sufficiently.
