Description

The LT40 refrigeration dryer is used in the field of sandblasting with IBIX system blasting units for compressed air treatment. Its task is to separate the moisture emitted by the compressor in order to prevent possible damage. The air that is sucked in by a compressor is a gas mixture that also contains water vapor, among other things. The water absorption capacity of the air varies, however, as it depends heavily on the temperature. If the air temperature rises, the ability to absorb water vapor also increases. The water must therefore be removed from the compressed air using a refrigeration dryer.
