Description
IBIX sieve for blasting abrasive recycling is a special mm sieve that you can use to recycle blasting abrasive that has already been used. The sieve can be used to remove dirt and foreign particles so that you can use your blasting material again.
As a rule, IBIX blasting abrasives 1,2,3 - max. 4 are sieved - however, care must be taken to use approx. 1/3 sieved and 2/3 fresh blasting abrasive. When using the sieved blasting material, please pay attention to the consistency and the behavior during blasting: if it becomes increasingly dusty and if the abrasiveness is no longer given, the blasting material is used up.
Info: Please do not use recycled blasting material when removing corrosion. The rust particles are so fine that they cannot be filtered and are therefore reapplied to the object!
