Description

The IBIX 9 Trilogy Start is a fine blasting unit with triple function, which enables any cleaning to be carried out: standard, dual & helix process.
The blasting unit with removable wet blasting nozzle can also be used as a normal blasting unit.
Furthermore, you can also mount the patented Helix gun on this machine, combining dry H2O and Helix technology for the first time.
The benefits are clear: exceptional versatility and applicability of the machine, allowing you to drastically reduce the time spent cleaning, blasting, restoring and treating surfaces in the future.
The conical bottom tank improves the flow of abrasive and avoids contamination between different abrasives.

IBIX H2O Selective cleaning system:

  • Dual system: can be used as a dry blasting unit and with water
  • Blasting unit with quick coupling system for easy and immediate connection to the water supply

IBIX Helix rotating vortex cleaning system

  • Combination with the Venturi effect, which creates a spiral rotation due to the special shape of the outlet cone -> the air requirement of the machine is reduced and at the same time the contact surface is increased
  • Use of a special eddy current nozzle made of tungsten carbonate
  • Long service life and durability, even when using extremely hard abrasives

Attention: The helix gun is not suitable for processing bi-carbonate!
