Description
The IBIX 9 Trilogy Plus Start is a fine blasting unit with triple function, which enables any cleaning to be carried out using the standard, dual & helix method. The Plus version impresses with its convenient pressure setting at the top of the tank, which can be used to read and adjust the blast media quantity. The blasting unit with removable wet blasting nozzle can also be used as a normal blasting unit. It is possible to mount the patented Helix gun on the blasting unit so that dry H2O and Helix technology can be combined.
The IBIX blasting unit 9 Trilogy Plus is versatile and can be used for many cleaning tasks. This drastically reduces the working time for cleaning, blasting, restoration and surface treatment. The conical bottom tank improves the flow of abrasive and avoids contamination between different abrasives. It has a quick coupling system for easy and immediate connection to the water supply.
The IBIX H2O selective cleaning system is a dual system that can be used as a dry blast machine and with water. The IBIX Helix rotating vortex cleaning system is a combination with the Venturi effect, which creates a spiral rotation due to the special shape of the outlet cone. This reduces the air requirement of the machine and at the same time increases the contact surface.
Attention: The helix gun is not suitable for processing bi-carbonate!
