Description
The IBIX 9 Helix Start blasting unit - the new machine in the field of fine blasting. The model has been equipped with a newly developed gun. The blasting medium is set in rotation by a special eddy current nozzle made of tungsten carbide with a Venturi profile. Work on profiled surfaces is facilitated by a wider blasting cone. Further overblasting of already cleaned surfaces is minimized and guarantees perfect protection of the substrate.
The regulation of the water quantity on the machine is unchanged, but has been improved with an extended regulation option directly on the gun. Thanks to the numerous adjustment options (blasting agent quantity, working pressure, distance of the nozzles to the surface, as well as size and type of nozzles), layers of dirt can be removed in a targeted manner without removing the original surface. There is also no major expense for the disposal of the blasting material or environmental protection. The emission of blasting dust and the amount of blasting material waste to be disposed of is reduced to a minimum.
Attention: This blasting unit is not suitable for processing bi-carbonate!
