IBIX 7 blasting abrasive in 15 kg containers is ideal for removing graffiti from real glass, polished granite and marble, as well as glazed tiles. It can also be used to remove dirt from the following metals: Stainless steel, aluminum and chrome. Perfect for cleaning in the food sector.

The environmentally friendly blasting media from IBIX are suitable for all surface treatments. These blasting media lead to a 50 - 100 % faster success than e.g. slag and thus minimize the costs immensely. A low blasting pressure and a smaller grain size enable 2/3 less consumption than conventional blasting material.

Neither the environment nor the workplace are polluted, as this is a chemically inactive, non-metallic material. It is ferrite-free, non-radioactive, non-recycled and also low in dust. All these factors and the low consumption minimize disposal costs considerably. Due to their non-toxicity, IBIX blasting abrasives fall below the legally stipulated maximum values for silicogens, toxic and carcinogenic components. The noise level is drastically reduced by the low-pressure blasting.

The very hard and splinter-resistant blasting abrasive (7.5 - 8 Mohs) in combination with the high specific weight (2.3) enables virtually dust-free blasting. An optimum roughness depth can therefore be achieved. The splinter resistance enables multiple reusability.
