Description

The IBIX 3 is particularly suitable for smaller applications and for creating a sample surface. Equipped with a 3-liter tank, the blasting unit has the same features as the larger systems and enables the user to process even small areas to a high quality. This is the perfect system for surface preparation. Dirt layers can be removed in an intermittent manner - without removing the original surface - thanks to the control of the working parameters such as working pressure, blasting medium quantity, size and type of nozzle as well as the distance between the nozzle and the surface. Thanks to its slim design and low weight, the blasting unit is ideal for use in confined and hard-to-reach areas.
The IBIX 3 blasting unit is available in the following versions:

  • Standard: perfect for surface preparation. Targeted removal of layers of dirt is possible thanks to a wide range of settings.
  • Restauro with blasting pen: using a blasting pen, even delicate work can be carried out with maximum comfort and the highest quality. Perfect for use in the restoration sector.
  • Dual: is designed to bind dust with a wet jet nozzle and the standard water connection.
  • Helix: the centerpiece is the newly developed gun. A special eddy current nozzle made of tungsten carbide with a Venturi profile causes the steel medium to rotate, thus significantly reducing the air flow rate while at the same time saving on abrasive. Perfect for the restoration sector.
  • Trilogy: triple blasting technology. Combination of the standard, dual and helix process.
