Description
IBIX 28 Trilogy Start: this unique system perfectly combines the standard, dual and helix processes. This triple blasting technology not only makes it possible to carry out any type of cleaning, but also saves valuable time when blasting, restoring or treating surfaces. This is the very first time that dry H2O and Helix technology have been optimally combined. In addition, you work with ecological and completely non-toxic blasting media.
The tank with conical bottom improves the flow of abrasive and prevents contamination between different abrasives.
The IBIX H2O is a dual machine, i.e. the machine can be used both as a dry blasting machine and with water. For use, a wet blasting nozzle is fitted and water is mixed with sodium bicarbonate or other minerals. Thanks to the quick coupling system, simple and fast connection to the water supply is guaranteed.
Helix: Thanks to the combination with the Venturi effect, which creates a spiral rotation due to the special shape of the outlet cone, the air requirement of the machine is significantly reduced and at the same time the contact surface is increased. In addition, the special eddy current nozzle made of tungsten carbonate ensures a long service life and durability, even when using extremely hard abrasives.
Attention: The helix gun is not suitable for bi-carbonate.
