Description
The IBIX 25 Dual Start blasting unit is very powerful and is ideal for cityscape beautification work, such as graffiti removal. The system is especially designed to bind dust generated during blasting with its wet blasting nozzle and the standard water connection. Even when using carbonates and other blasting media, the water mist generated surrounds the escaping blasting media and the material being removed. This effectively minimizes the generation of dust.
What is Helix?
Compared to conventional nozzles, the patented HELIX system allows the blasting cone to be extended with the same nozzle size, while the effect of the blasting medium remains uniform and calibrated. This allows the user to increase the distance to the treated surface and minimize invasiveness without changing the regularity and homogeneity of the cleaning.
In addition, the Venturi effect is used to reduce the amount of air required by the machine.
